The open floor plan of the living room and kitchen is a perfect gathering spot for all. All spaces have been professionally designed with gorgeous details and colors throughout. Off the living area you'll find a common half bathroom.

Around the corner is your unique and private suite. A queen sized bed, private balcony, and remote workspace are just a few perks of this suite. There is also en-suite full bathroom with large stand up shower.

The second bedroom features a king sized bed and en-suite bathroom. This bathroom has a large Kohler soaker tub and the tile reveals a unique original inscription carefully preserved. All of this comfort and style just steps away from all that quaint downtown Rockport has to offer!

This home was great for 3 adults and a toddler. The keurig and kitchen amenities were exactly what we needed, and the small porch was nice for quiet relaxation in the evening. I would stay again! The washer/dryer was helpful and the air conditioning kept us comfortable.

We stayed a long weekend in this perfect town and couldn't have found a better place to stay. Beautiful furnishings, cozy furniture, along with everything you need stocked inside, walking distance to everything and just overall great time. The style of decor in this house on top of it was something straight out of HGTV. Will be hoping to get this listing booked again before someone else does!!

This newly renovated apartment struck the perfect balance of aesthetics, function and comfort. Our family of four were extremely comfortable here and the location was exceptional for exploring all that Rockport and Bearskin neck have to offer-beach, shopping, ocean and restaurants all within a few minutes walk. In addition, the owner was quick to respond and the layout was thoughtful and perfect for our needs. The apartment is exactly as pictured on VRBO. I highly recommend this rental.
