I say this as a Hilton honors member another disappointment, The room had a number of issues including water drainage in the shower, The small blackout curtain by the window was hanging half of the track letting light in and I had some kind of bugs in the room and they were more concentrated by the window. Housekeeping never showed up for the 4 days I was there. The coffee maker was from the 1960 s. Every hotel I have stayed in other than a Hilton over the last 2 years have Keurig's or Nespresso coffee makers. Last month I stayed at the Seattle airport Hilton. Same story outdated rooms and coffee makers from the 60"s. If this continues, I am seriously considering changing over to Mariott or the Hyatt group.

The hotel was under renovation and that was not disclosed on Expedia's website. The fitness center was closed as well as the pool. It was dusty and dirty.

Ti couldn't get the room key to work. The maid giggled and finally got me in. I left and came back 2 hours later still couldn't get in. I had to walk a long wall to elevator and i use a cane. The desk made a new key and I still had to stick it in several timesvut digit in. The desk said maybe the battery was week , no one was around on Friday evening touching it.

They are currently remodeling - every floor and lobby. Breakfast was served and was just fine. However, there were workers sanding (wearing a mask) in the hallways while customers were walking by. Some sanding was going on near the breakfast area. Our room was perfectly fine - except for one thing. Our hallway was not air conditioned. Workers were hanging wallpaper. Our room was cool but VERY damp. I first thought the sheets hadn't been dried completely. Everything in the room felt damp. It was very hot outside and the humidity was felt in the hallways and evidently getting into our room. Why would they not shut down one floor at a time for remodeling? Things were quite a mess. Workers worked late into the night to get the lobby/breakfast area done. I'd wait to stay here until the remodel is done.

The breakfast area was kept very clean and stocked. The staff was really nice. Emma at the front desk was very accommodating since our rooms needed to be changed because the request didn’t go through from Expedia to have adjoining rooms. They are in the process of remodeling so there is some understanding of the cleanliness. However, if you are going to put guests in a room, it should not have debris in the bathroom. A couple of the usb ports did not work.
