"Great hotel, location, character, and staff."

"Front desk is understaffed. There are 6 managers who would not consider getting up and helping customers. Rooms are not cleaned in time, and whenever I asked for anything, they do not have it or cannot provide it. If you need a place there, just stay at Hyatt next door."

"Great service"

"This hotel was incredible! We celebrated our anniversary with a stay here! The cleanliness level was immaculate and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay feel special—from the welcome message on the room chalkboard, to the complementary goodies and snacks left for us!—these personalized little touches were both generous and attentive. The staff was friendly and helpful and allowed us to check in early. The jacuzzi tub was such a cool feature! The movie projector and other automated...

"Clean, well-kept property in a good location in College Town with lots of walkable stores and restaurants nearby. Comfortable bed and shower worked very well. Friendly staff."

"Convenient, restaurants nearby, clean, nice outdoor area however the showers are poorly designed. You have to get into the shower to turn the water on so you get blasted by cold water!"

"Just a perfect place to base ourselves for 3 nights. Super comfortable beds, good size room and super helpful staff, The area is full of history and a short stroll to the shopping and dining district . Off street parking was a bonus as was the breakfast. Would definitely stay again"

It took a long time, and I was given two different rooms, both of which had not been cleaned from the previous stay. With the first room, I walked in and found someone still inside looking for something he had lost. I have no idea how that happened. The front desk seemed to be blaming someone from another shift, but as a guest, that really isn’t my concern. The third room was finally clean and...

"Very clean and welcoming room! Tv even said welcome and my name. Man at the front desk was extremely nice and helpful explaining all of the amenities. When leaving housekeeping staff were very kind and wished us a great day. Will be back!"

"Likes - suite size was wonderful with everything needed for meals and relaxing. One recommendation - better gluten free bakery options at the breakfast bar Ultimately - would stay again and recommend"
