"Lovely setting, very friendly staff, and large spacious clean rooms. Outside common areas need to be spruced up. Outside walls, columns, stairwells and entry areas to rooms need pressure washing. "

They were totally unresponsive to questions within the app. They did not provide check in instructions before check in. We had to call to get them to send instructions. Then they sent incorrect instructions and we had to call again. They also send constant spam emails from the time we booked trying to upsell their services and I was afraid to opt out and miss important communications. "
