"The room was clean but the bathtub was rusty and they did not have enough amenities for three people to bathe."

"This is our second time staying at this rental. Everything was wonderful. Peaceful, locationand the front porch offers interesting bird watching with your morning coffee. The house is clean, well maintained, you can't get any better than the separate large screened in porch for outdoor cooking and relaxing. Highly recommend. Thanks again to the fantastic hosts!"

"The rooms were definitely as pictured with the cute comforters on the beds, all the linens were very clean and beds made up very tidy. Check-in process was smooth, even though we checked in at midnight… We just had to go to the side night window. Air conditioning was great and they have a fridge freezer and microwave in the room. The building is older, but overall well maintained except seems they forgot to put new light bulbs in the bathroom, so rated lower in maintenance for this. The morning breakfast was simple…they had delicious waffles & coffee along with cereal, milk, OJ, yogurt, fruit, bread to toast with butter and jelly."

"Our room smelled bad. Damp, musty. Internet service was slow, spotty at best. The bed was comfortable, a spacious room equipped to accommodate those in wheelchairs."

"Quiet considering it’s next to a highway. The room first I was given had not been cleaned so they gave another which was fine. Several minor repairs are needed bur overall, it was a bargain for the price I paid."

"This place was great. I have never stayed in a vrbo that paid so much attention to the details. For example, the key code was the last four digits of my phone number (even I could remember that), a very well stocked coffee bar, very comfortable beds, large showers with good pressure and plenty shampoo & soap, the kitchen was extremely well equipped, and more.Everything was clean and neat. The lighted pier is fabulous. Very comfy living room furniture. Covered parking. The sun deck is nice (and incredibly well built) .Thank you Anjanette for making our stay comfortable and fun. I hope to be back soon to catch the gator trout I missed this time...Paul "
