The staff were nice. The room was mostly clean other than a big spot on the floor, which didn’t really matter and a stain on the bedspread which didn’t really matter that much I guess. It was just unexpected. The room was also very hot and the air didn’t seem to work. The staff offered to have me switch rooms, which was nice, but I was already settled in so I chose to stay. I asked for a fan and they did bring me one, which was nice. The orange juice did not taste very good but the rest of the breakfast was good. I enjoyed the pancake maker and pancakes. Every single breakfast chair was horrible, though. I ended up trying about 10 of them and decided to just stand. They are old and the cushions are pretty much flat, so you feel the chair frame when you sit down. They were so uncomfortable. I felt like Goldilocks trying them all out hoping to find the one that was just right… but that didn’t happen. They need to go!! The bed and the pillows were comfortable. The bathroom floor was new and nice. The selection choices on the TV were the best I’ve had in a very long time. There were so many of my favorite shows that I couldn’t even decide which one to land on. They seem to have every possible genre. For that reason alone, I would probably stay here again.

It us clean, tge area is somewhat depressed, tge towels in the room are second-rate, was unable to get Wyndum credit because I didn’t tell her at check-in…tho went to the desk 1 hour later. Prob not usual for a Super 8; friendly staff.

Property was very rundown and not well maintained. There was a fly strip in the entry. The hallway and room was dirty. The towels were all stained. Needs a major refresh and cleaning. The staff was very pleasant, so that was one good point.

Breakfast was okay. Staff were good. The entry door to my room had a hole just big enough for someone to peek in the room at any time! I noticed the hole initially because someone had stuck a tissue in the hole to block any potential peeping tom from looking in. The room was clean and tidy but did have a slight (sweat?) odour to it.

The hotel had a horrific smell when you entered. The entire place was disgusting. We got our key went to our room. I checked the mattresses. The mattresses were so stained up that I did not wanna sit on them due to the fact that I was afraid that I was gonna catch some sort of disease the room itself was in shambles it was so stained so dingy so dirty. I didn’t even wanna take my shoes off and walk around because I was so much filth, I took a total of 10 minutes to check out the room. I went to the front desk and asked them to cancel my reservation. The person at the front desk told me that they had to contact their manager their manager refuse to cancel my reservation. I put a lock on my card. I checked out and I told them that I would not be staying there and that I was going to take my money and go down the road and stay at Econolodge for $10 more and Econolodge was so nice so clean there was also a pool and a hot tub. The cleanliness of Econolodge was immensely better super eight is a trap Hotel it needs to be conned. nobody should be staying in that hotel you are going to catch hepatitis or chlamydia or AIDS or something even the second you walk in the pictures of super eight don’t even compare the picture show that the Hotel is inviting in the post. There’s no inviting none whatsoever. The carpets are filthy. The walls are dingy. It’s it’s not a place to stay. we were afraid that there was even gonna be roaches popping out when we flipped on the lights. It’s that disgus

Check in was quick & lady was courteous, it was a bed to sleep in, and there was a lot of food choices and shopping in close vicinity, but the positives kinda stop there. Stained carpets in room & halls. Dust on most surfaces and uncleaned coffee spill/stain on the tray & countertop. Dust & dirt in all corners of the room & bathroom. Plastic cup cover behind the table. Toilet seat looked stained but when I used my own wipes, it came off. Brownish red smears on bathroom trash can. Hair on shower walls, soap tray & around tub drain (thank goodness I pack slides to shower in when traveling). 3 empty mini bottles of Fireball under one of the mattresses (left there for future visitors to find).
