"The room that we stayed in for a whole week was updated with new carpet and furniture. Housekeeping does a magnificent job cleaning the room and replenishing the toiletries every day. The front desk people were very helpful and friendly. The common areas of the hotel were very clean. The free breakfast was wonderful every morning and they have fresh coffee in the lobby every day and night. The outside amenities (pool, hot tub, tiki bar and all of the pool furniture) were cleaned daily. I rate this hotel a 10 out of 10. We enjoyed our stay!"

"I had such a great stay here! The property is beautiful and very well kept, and my room was clean, cozy, and comfortable. The staff was so friendly that by the end of the trip I felt like I was visiting friends instead of staying at a hotel. Now let's talk about the food. I usually approach hotel restaurants with low expectations and a backup snack plan, but this place proved me wrong. Everything I ordered was delicious, and the drinks were dangerously good. They also had live entertainment on Friday and Saturday nights, which was a nice surprise and made the evenings even more fun. And I know this sounds random, but can we talk about the water? The shower water was so soft that I seriously considered checking if I could take it home with me. The pool and jacuzzi were the same way. It's such a small detail, but it made everything feel extra relaxing. Overall, this place exceeded my expectations. I would absolutely stay here again and would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a fun, comfortable getaway."

"Overall, great experience. I read some of the negative reviews and was skeptical at first, but since I was just staying for one night, why not give it a try? I am glad I did. The staff was really friendly, rooms are a bit outdated but very clean, beds were comfortable. This property has many amenities and is only 5 mins drive from the beach, plus they have complementary beach shuttle. I would stay here again for sure!"

"Amazing hotel!! Came for the week to celebrate my 38th birthday and the celebration of our first child. From the beautiful property, pool, friendly staff, clean room and the free shuttle. This hotel has it all and would Highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Naples. Only two critiques I would have is having more outlets by the bed and we didn’t care for the smell of the hair conditioner. But would definitely stay here again if we ever visit Naples Florida again. Thank you for such a great time!"
