"One huge issue I have with this hotel and I have started many times here. The check in/check out process is extremely slow and cumbersome. Guests should not have to wait in line for as long as they do. There is massive room for improvement. It reminds me of the queue in LIDL. Hope the management take note."

"The rooms are, as you might expect, tiny, but perfect for a night or two's stay, where you're not going to be using the room much except for sleeping. No kettle, though there are drinks machines in reception. The air conditioning in the room is brilliant, a real plus in the current hot spell. Plenty of cafes locally with breakfast options. Bed was very comfy, and although both bedroom and en suite were small, there is room under the bed to place larger cases. The staff are a real asset to the hotel. They go above and beyond to make you feel welcome, It's about 10 minutes walk from the nearest underground station at London Victoria, with Westminster around 20 minutes walk in the opposite direction."

"The hotel location is perfect. Sits adjacent to the tower bridge and many other attractions are at a walkable distance. The rooms could definitely use some renovations,furniture was outdated and needs a refresh. I would stay at this property again."

"Only for a night but really enjoyed very clean rooms and areas. Breakfast delicious and lots of options. High Recommend Definitely near future repeat experience but definitely for more days. Swimming pool very busy and down there to dark. Not enjoyed. Jacuzzi wonderful 👍 😊"

"Right in the center of London, short walk to Tube station and within 15-20mins walk from everything else. Dining options a short walk down the river. We have stayed here before and will again!"

"The best hotel in London! Very close to Tower Hill underground station. Lots of places to eat and drink around, plus the breakfast is very tasty! The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable about the hotel and the area."
