"We loved the availability of different types of water for free: flat and sparkling. We did not like the empty honey bottle 2 days in a row in the breakfast buffet. The availability of a plug for US type for our shaver would have been nice as well."

Staff are very helpful, we arrive early and they check us in with the room upgrade. We will be staying in this hotel when we visit Sofia, Bulgaria again someday. Highly recommended. "Location was convenient, many shops restaurants and trains nearby. Room was a great size. Bed was a bit firm but still comfortable. Room had a smart tv so you could sign into your own Netflix. No laundry facilities but they can send your clothes out to get cleaned for a reasonable amount and it was done within a few hours. Staff was super helpful any time I had a question. Overall this was a good pick. I would definitely stay here again. "

"Amazing! Travelled with our 10 month old baby and would recommend to anyone staying in Sofia. Hotel was immaculate, staff were so friendly and welcoming. Hotel room was stunning and so spacious. We even had mini toiletries in the bathroom specifically for our baby and a cot was provided free of charge. 100% recommend. "
