My family has a good time at the resort. The service was great and the food was yummy! We're hoping to return back next summer!

Tired decor. Minor repairs not done. Food barely warm and only mediocre. Service slow in dining room. Seemed to be short staffed.

Winter Weekend away
Enjoyed 2 days at the resort. It was wonderful to have all meals included and the food was great. Although this is clearly an older resort the staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly and made our stay. The room was spacious and we enjoyed the many activities being offered. It was nice to have all the equipment needed provided.

One night get away
The service was excellent. The resort was decorated nicely for the fall season but is very quiet during this season with the outdoor poolside closed. There is an indoor pool and spa. Nice view of the lake, spacious room. Food selection was good and included in daily rate.
There are great things for kids to do. Food is good and rooms are nice. Although advertised as all inclusive, you have to pay extra for any alcohol or between meal snacks. This is not made clear on the resort website. As mentioned, it's great for kids but I wouldn't go there if I didn't have kids with me ie, not an adult resort.
A wonderful winter retreat with all staff doing their best to accommodate. Menu variety at all meals was exceptional and food was well prepared and bountiful.
- Meal times are scheduled and not convenient (eg. breakfast ends at 9:30 - not exactly ideal for folks visiting the casino at night)
- service desk is a bit hokie
- food was good (not great)
- pre-assigned dining room seating is kinda lame
- 'manager' in the dining room needs guidance with providing proper service
- NO SHUTTLE TO CASINO and taxi service is abysmal (they try to charge you $25 flat rate for a 5 minute drive)

Over priced, insulted & TERRIBLE FOOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!
First encounter was with the pool bartender very cocky and rude ordered drinks later in afternoon and he asked if we wanted to keep open tab we said yes but then he came back with well I'm closing in 5 min , confused of why he even asked. Then we went down for dinner ordered. Out of wine we asked for so made second choice. Appetizer came was ok but we asked if they could plate our meal little later cause we were still talking enjoying view/ conversation. She said she would have them re-plate it when we were ready. When the food came to the table it was completely dried out, meat rice and veggies after being under heat lamp. We complained to our server about it and she said the kitchen was closed but she would tell manager Terrible meal. Even the sauces they use for stuff are not made by there chef its all bottled/canned stuff . Before asking for dessert our server brings us the bill ,she says well because you complained about he food I thought you were going to leave without paying your bill. Completely insulted us with accusation!!! we are both successful business people and would never leave a bill unpaid. Then she started to cry, was a horrible experience. Next day meal was just as bad pre-made processed crap. Place is run by summer students. They need to lease out there restaurant to a real chef too manage!!! I'd never recommend staying here. We ate as the casino after this experience.
Loads of activities for families and great clubs and activities for the kids. We really enjoyed being on the lake and having a heated pool to swim in. This was a last minute get a way weekend for us, so we enjoyed the relaxation.
