"This was our 3rd time to stay this property. The same time each year. We love that we can get a two bedroom suite. The suite was very clean as was the property. The hotel manager was very nice. HOWEVER, this is the 2nd year in a row that the breakfast juice machine doesn’t work and apparently has never been fixed. The ice machine by the toasters was out of order for the 2nd year. They do not provide water in the breakfast area. I’ve had to ask the desk clerk for 3 years for water. The hot tub was out of order. The elevators sound like a rock tumbler is active and on top of the cars. And to top it off NO TV!!! Their television system was out of order on the end of the building we were on!!! So I paid for the most expensive room they have (3rd year), have 3 tv’s in our suite and can’t watch tv."
