Yes and yes from the start of my check in the staff was amazingly respectful, helpful, very polite. Amd They all communicate with and to you. I love the vibe really positive energy. Also all the housekeepers where very polite respectful, and helpful rooms clean bed sleeps great great breakfast

well, I thought it is a great place, but after I visited it i changed my mind. I might stop by Raleigh to get gas on my way to Charlotte. I like Charlotte more it is way better than raleigh
