"I wanted to get coffee at the lounge while my friend got ready but needed the key to use the elevator and that key also turned the lights on in the room so I couldn’t leave the room. The room was very small"

"no tenian la habitacion lista a la hora de llegada. nadie que ayudara con las maletas. el lobby del hotel con demasiadas personas, supuestamente iban a dar una king bed con un sofa bed y termino siendo dos single beds con un sofa bed. no microondas. y las paredes pintadas de negro definitivamente son de muy mal gusto."

"Rooms were ok. Had issues getting anything on our TV but we didn't really need it much. Shower had issue and reported and repaired same day which was good to see. In room coffee machine had water in when we arrived and never changed the whole stay which put us off using personally. We had a room near what must have been a housekeeping office as this was particularly noisy zone especially in a morning but housekeeping team themselves were fantastic. Staff were lovely and welcoming throughout the whole stay. Breakfast food was lovely, a wide choice of all what you need to start your day. Coffee option could be improved. It's a pod you put in a machine and could be improved. Hotel location was fantastic for our needs and getting around the city. Overall, a decent hotel in a good location that could improve a couple of things to make it it's best. Thanks. "

"Air conditioning was great. Very clean. Parking n/a. The breakfast was somewhat mediocre. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. As we do not speak Spanish it was nice to have staff members who could help us in English "

"Very helpful staff and the breakfast was amazing with plenty of choice. Rooms very clean and hotel also very clean. Well situated for the Metro (O’Donnell or Goya) and a short distance to the Retiro gardens. Easy to get to from the airport on Bus 203 (5 Euro per person when we took it). Lots of places to eat nearby & hotel food really good. Check out the cafes and bars in Goya. Gym small but plenty of apparatus - treadmill, 3 bikes, X-trainer, weights machine and weights. Highly recommend this hotel for visiting Madrid."

"Perfectly located hotel across the street from the Atocha train station. We had a very quiet room on the 7th floor. Easy to get to major attractions like the Queen Sofia Museum, Retiro Park, etc. I would recommend to anyone traveling from Madrid to other parts of their Spain exploration."
