"This is the best hotel I've ever stayed in. It had everything I needed and more. Open your balcony and you have amazing mountainous views. The indoor pool is great, but the outdoor pool was even better. It was heated, and you have a view of the surrounding mountains. I highly recommend this place."

"Reception - guest management needs to be improved, only one person at the reception and several people in the line, had to wait almost an hour because of complex requirements (too conservative for 3-star hotel).
Miscommunication over the phone on spa access, the reality was different, but quickly solved."
