It was a great place for me and my kids to stay. The microwave, TV, and fridge did not seem to be plugged in but I could not be bothered to inquire as we arrived late afternoon and departed early the next morning. Would definitely stay there again.

We were greeted nicely and pleasantly on arrival at 6pm. Armeen was so nice to let us use the breakfast room for our noodles dinner after 10:30 pm on Saturday, after we had a whole day event in Barkerville. The hotel was newly renovated. Pillows and beddings were comfortable and clean. Sill lots of stain marks at the ceiling. In the bathroom, whenever we turned on the tap, foul smell came up from the drain, which made the whole room stink. Room 103,104 & 105. Please check and fix the problem. Got noisy tenants above our rooms upstairs. (Very late at night and then very early in the morning)

This was an okay stay - about what you would expect for the price. The room, towels and sheets were clean. Not sure why our sink was not clean when we arrived? The beds were very firm but not uncomfortable. The pillows were full and new. The room was obviously just renovated, but not well ( not professionally). The AC didn't work in our rooms and my tub was dripping. The residents of the hotel ( yes, the people who live there!) were out in the courtyard smoking very often so you couldn't leave the windows or doors open. It's fine for a budget stop over, but many better options in the area if you want a nice stay, not just a place to sleep

Loved the breakfast couldn't find the office as super 8 is now in transition to the park inn .. paint was peeling off walls ceiling and floors and bottom of bathroom door. No available ice, never got any ice.. Parts of room that were renovated were excellent 👌 loved our stay the staff was super friendly 😀 👌 but had to call and go through a few channels to find staff to help run the TV etc. No info re the pool but would stay again just for the staff.

Found a dirty diaper in our room under the sink. There was also yellow liquid in the tub. Did enjoy the upgrades and renos. Beds weee comfy. Was not a fan of a duvet without a cover, especially a ripped duvet where fluffing was coming out. Other bed did not have duvet but only a fleeced blanket. Pillows were extremely soft and lacked
