"Room was noisy and very light all night, there was no ability to shut off the bathroom and no blinds in the bathroom to keep out the light and noise."

"Amazing location! Literally sleeping next to the Theatre in Piccadilly!!! 😊. We booked the hotel to watch Les Mis which was absolutely incredible if you are thinking about a theatre trip. Easy check in. There was staff there to help with any hiccups. Friendly staff. Clean entrance with a few seats to charge phones etc. There was a really nice gym, not sure if you had to pay extra. Cafe area and more seating and work areas. Heads up, bag storage is £15 per suitcase and early check in £ 40. Room was super clean and very simple. No hairdryers or any frills but that's fine for what we wanted. Check out easy. Beautiful Japanese restaurant opposite called Shoryu . We had a fab time! "

"The July was the best London hotel my family of four have ever stayed at - centrally located and less than 5 min walk to Victoria station great restaurants. There was so much room (got the family room with two quarters), amenities were first class, it was extremely clean, and the decor was adorable and quirky. The toiletries smelled gorgeous (I bought some), the shower had great pressure, and the Nespresso coffee and tea were very much appreciated and delicious. The kitchenette was fully kitted out if we needed it and there were shortbread biscuits waiting for us when we arrived. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was exceptionally quiet, even though it faced the main road. There was a sufficient gym with free weights and machines, definitely enough to accommodate most workouts. We will absolutely stay again next time we’re in the city; in fact I’m looking forward to it!!"

"Nice Hotel. 2 minutes walk to Big Ben! Staff were very friendly. Rooms are very clean and modern. Only gripe was no view as we had an atrium view but we weren’t in the room long enough to worry. "
