"The rooms are clean and comfortable. The bathroom needed a bit of refurbishment. We ordered room service and the restaurant meals were very good. Breakfast was good with a range of cooked choices given as well as the continental option included. Staff were all extremely helpful."

"Lovely location, beautiful views. The staff were really lind and helpful. Great bed in the room and good air con. Bathrooms let the room down slightly, small and some maintenance issues I.e. towel rail almost coming off the wall and unstable shampoo dispenser. Room service was a greay luxury and nice to have free parking, although could do with better signage, we struggled to find initially- the carpark entrance is literally next to the front entrance of the hotel, you can't see it until you are right in front of it."

"We stayed for two nights and unfortunately had to swap rooms due to other guests being a little inconsiderate. First room was very basic but okay for just having somewhere to sleep. The second room was definitely an upgrade, quieter park of the hotel, more space in the room and choices on TV was better. Staff were amazing though out and nothing was too much trouble. Would happily stay here again (on the quieter side) and recommend to family and friends"
