The hotel was centrally located in old Quebec City. Close to everything. Staff was very friendly and informative with regards to the area and dining options. Room was very clean, comfortable bed and pillows. Wonderful shower.

Clean and comfortable hotel in a heritage building in the heart of the old city, good for sightseeing. It's directly above a street of restaurants so it can be a bit noisy during the day. The room was nice with a comfortable bed, but the sinks were small with a oddly placed faucet that made it awkward to wash your hands or face. The staff was helpful but seemed a bit cold.
