Great room layout and was spacious, clean and modern. Beds were comfortable. Free parking and close to shopping and restaurants. The only downside was the sink design which caused water to splash everywhere.

The staff was bilingual. The concierge help us get a tour bus even before we were able to check in. We were very early, just getting off a cruise ship. Very Good restaurant on the premises.

When you are traveling with a dog (which the Alt welcomes) it is a nice perk to be able to order room service from a good restaurant with a really great menu…delivered on a classy tray with unique tableware to your room. No need for fast food or taking turns out. I LOVE THIS! Try the the Grilled Romaine Salad!

I asked the hotel for an early check in and they were very attentive. Reception provided me with the type of room I requested for my stay. The nepresso machine did not work and they changed it promptly. Generally the service was excellent. I visited the Skyspa just 2 minutes walk away and enjoyed a nice massage. There are several big stores near by and restaurants. Conveniently placed, big rooms , spacious bathroom. As I travel often for work to QC , I will definitely visit this hotel again . Free outdoor and indoor parking.
