This property is buried in the jungle next to the beautiful beach with soft white sand and gentle waves. The condo was easily accessible and much more spacious than the photos can do justice. Rogelio helped with our food arrangements with the chef Paloma and we were blown away everyday how easily she prepared simple but delicious meals for our party of 6 women. We always had communication very easily with Rogelio and I would love to bring family back here to enjoy this beautiful private community that was immaculately clean and safe.

Rogelio made our trip go so smoothly with great communication. He made it easy to plan activities and restaurants. The Michelin Star restaurant, Rubra, was such a special treat for our family! We did the tasting menu with wine pairing. It was worth the money! We also enjoyed the snorkeling trip to Marieta Island - although the water wasn't as clear as we have enjoyed other places. We had jet skiis brought to our location, on the beach. We appreciated the beautiful grounds of our resort and the ocean waves provided just enough challenge to keep even our young adult kids entertained. It was a pleasant walk down to the beach/pool from the condo and we felt very safe. The highlight of our trip was enjoying the delicious food, prepared by our chef, Paloma.

Perfect Getaway

We only stayed for a long weekend but the condo was lovely. Clean, spacious, furnished with lots of style but not pretentious. Complex was well maintained and the pool by the beach was a spectacular location. All of the staff we met were so helpful and efficient. Having someone to cook and clean was a huge added bonus. Thank you for a wonderful weekend.Would definitely return.

Paradise in Punta Mita

Everything about this was perfect. The chef is amazing. Food was fresh, delicious and interesting. The housekeeping service is great. Communicating with both the owner and property manager was clear and helpful. And the beach and waves were perfect. Great trip!

Absolutely amazing

Place was everything other folks described. The grounds were meticulously clean with easy access to the beach. Chef and maid were terrific and the house was incredibly comfortable. Took a run every morning on the beach, followed by a workout in the gym, and then breakfast was ready. Highly recommend.

60th Birthday Celebration

Absolutely wonderful! Beautiful place for our family. Beach and pool were perfect, quiet and relaxing. The apartment was spacious. We have 4 kids in their 20s along with 2 SOs. Our chef and help were so pleasant. The food was delicious. Never wanted to find a restaurant to go out to dinner. Concierge services made the trip easy. Had groceries and pantry stocked for us. Good beach to run on. We used the gym everyday. We did rent a van to make transportation easier for our party of 8. Went to Sayulita and Punta Mita and explored a little. But really could have just parked ourselves here and been totally beyond content. We would like to come back again!

Great Vacation

This property exceeded our expectations. Concierge was incredible, answering all questions very quickly prior to arrival, and also throughout our stay whether it was renting us surf boards, getting us rides somewhere, or grabbing more items at the grocery store. The maids and cook were awesome. Super nice and accomodating. We got to know them throughout the week and I can't say enough about them. The weather was a little cloudy, so the heated pools were great for the kids. Highly recommend.

Family Christmas

Beautiful and well equipped condo. The complex had lovely views and wonderful pools.Our chef Poloma and helper were superb! Our concierge Rogelio was very helpful in all areas. It was a delightful vacation.

Exactly as listed

We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation. The listing and former reviews are all accurate. Wonderful experience. The grounds, pools, and beach access is equally as marvelous. If it matters, the restaurant selection is limited nearby. 20 min drive to Punta Mita for larger selection. We made the trip twice. Only other thing to note is that we lost electricity during an evening rainstorm for 2 hours. It was no hardship at all but I believe it may be a recurring issue. That won’t prohibit us from returning. Rogelio and Mariela were very helpful. Thanks for the relaxing vacation.

Beaches stunning! The chef and housekeeper made the trip for mom celebrating a birthday!

Felt so safe so happy it was tucked back into the W property. Lush landscape was exquisitely kept. Beautiful views. Beaches easily accessible Just by walking outside. Love the option of pool or ocean. An amazing find.

Exceptional Experience

Had a wonderful time with our 4 teen kids. Clean and spacious with a great balcony with a view. Beds were very comfy. Meals were wonderful at the condo, and allowed us to completely relax, and enjoy all the condo offered. Staff were very helpful and attentive to anything we needed. Pools and beach were quiet with plenty of chairs. Great experience, will definitely be back.

Wonderful Experience

The condo was beautiful, very clean, beautifuly decorated, comfy beds, spacious and had everything you would need for a wonderful vacation. The concierge, Rogelio set up our transportation, boat excursion, groceries and was very responsive, helpful and organized. Chef Paloma and Mariela were delightful and the meals they prepared were absolutely delicious. The kitchen was so clean and meticulously organized. Pools were great and so nice that they were heated. Overall a fantastic property and vacation!

Five-Star Experience

The reviews for this place were so good, and it did not disappoint. The property itself was beautiful, clean and well-maintained. Three pools, ocean a short walk away. The owner was very communicative throughout the whole process. The concierge was as well. The chef and chef's helper were kind and prepared delicious and beautiful food. This was a family celebration, and we are thrilled we chose this place. Would definitely come again!

First time in Punta de Mita

The condo was lovely with ocean views from the modern great room out through the beautifully appointed covered terrace. And good thing it was covered because we got to experience Hurricane Lydia! We had a great time in spite of the storm thanks to the wonderful meals prepared by our Chef Paloma! Although the staff, concierge & owner were extremely helpful, I’d like to recommend adding flashlights, candles and more lighters to each sleeping space. The pools remained open and our kids had a fun time trying each and every pool. A concession at the neighboring “W” hotel provided boogie boards so they could take advantage of the ample surf. Our multi generation family group had an unpredictable experience that was lots of fun!

Wonderful home and vacation

Paradise on Earth

I can't say enough about this gorgeous property. It was even better than the amazing photos online. The view from the veranda was spectacular and expertly displayed the sweep of the meticulously landscaped property past three large infinity pools down to the white sandy beach where the staff were waiting with umbrellas, beach chairs and loungers. So peaceful as the refreshing but warm ocean waves reminded us of how wonderful it is to immerse oneself in the healing elements of saltwater. Don't even consider not hiring the Chef whose inventive and delicious meals introduced us to the culinary highlights of Mexican cuisine. Even our 5 and 2 year old grandchildren were eagerly awaiting each meal while the Chef spoiled them with special delights once she knew their preferences. The housekeeper, another marvel, made beds, keep all 4 bathrooms in spotless condition as well as the remainder of the house. All sorts of adventures are nearby, the most exciting for us being a whale watching excursion just up the road. Within 15 minutes we were treated to the high jinx of a mamma, papa and baby Humpback whale who delighted us for over an hour while our guide kept a respectful distance. We have never taken so successful a trip. Our party of 6 adults and two children were over the moon with this week long holiday and will be coming back for more next year. And our location on the third floor ensured long views along with tropical breezes. In short, it was paradise!

Absolutely Amazing!

We had never been to Mexico and after staying at this condo we cannot wait to go back! It is hard to describe how amazing this place is! Many thanks to Rogelio for arranging transportation, our groceries, and dealing very quickly with minor details regarding the condo! Huge thank you's to Daniela and Mariela for their incredible meals and taking meticulous care of the condo and subsequently us!! Every time we sat down to the table we were treated with the most delicious and beautifully presented meals! Truly. These women are a joy... so kind, gracious, talented and we had great fun trying to communicate with our very basic Spanish! We have never had the unbelievable option to have a chef and from our first lunch to our last breakfast we were never hungry! I can't say enough about what a treat it was to have them and without a doubt worth every peso! The condo is spacious, beautifully decorated and the pictures are spot on. There were seven of us, all adults, and there is plenty of room to comfortably spread out. The walk to the beach is very easy and the set up is great, we never had a problem getting an umbrella and chairs. The ocean was great to swim in and we were able to rent sup boards from a local vendor who delivered them. The pools are very well maintained, the staff is very friendly and the grounds are beautiful. We would return to this beautiful condo in a heartbeat!

Such a relaxing stay

I can't compliment this property, its owner, and its staff enough. First, the chef and housekeeper are out of this world! The food was incredible for the cost of our normal weekly grocery bill. Not only did the food taste incredible, the chef made an excellent presentation as well. For a modest charge, the chef will also cook dinner with a server. We highly recommend this and, in the future, will eat dinner at the property a few more times for our weekly stay. The chef and house keeper went above and beyond to ensure cleanliness and sanitation. They were very careful to cook and clean with bottled water. The property itself is great. It's spacious and very well laid out. We've been to Los Veneros several times and the property continues to be well maintained and does not appear to age. Let me be clear, I give this property 5 stars, but there are two issues that you should know. First, there is only one parking space for a 3br unit. We had a large suburban that would not fit easily in the small spot, security showed us where to park in a very secured area on the side of the building. It worked fine and we had no concerns. Second, and keep in mind you're pretty much in the middle of the jungle, the internet service was not consistent. We understand the technological challenges of any internet provider trying to provide service in this area, and we weren't there to surf the internet, but if you are someone looking to work remotely and need fast, consistent internet, you should make appropriate arrangements with your cellphone provider for a hotspot. The cellphone coverage was excellent. But again, these were nothing more than minor inconveniences and we still rate the property 5 stars. The property has four pools. All of which have walk-in areas for small children. We had three kids (6 months, 20 months, and 4 years) that all enjoyed the children's areas of the pools. The pool closest to the beach has a great children's area. The beach attendants did a great job of setting up chairs and umbrellas. You can either purchase drinks and food from the W Hotel (great selections), or Los Veneros also has a bar and restaurant that was exceptional for beachside/poolside service. It was half the price of the W (so $5 USD for a margarite versis $10-ish for the W). It is located next to BUGAMBILIA building by the gym. My highest compliments to this property, its staff, and the experience. We can't wait to come back!

Outstanding all around.

We stayed 5 nights at this amazing property. It was a group of 7 friends and we were all blown away by every detail. Our concierge, Rogelio, assisted us thru every detail in a timely manner. The chef, Daniela and helper Mariela, were amazing. Every meal with a delight and all of our allergies were treated very carefully. The unit was beautiful and clean, as was the entire property. Could not have wanted anything more. Thank you to the owner and staff that made this such a memorable vacation.
