We had a great experience at the resort overall! The restaurants were excellent, the food was great, and all the pools were very well maintained. The resort itself was beautiful, and we truly enjoyed our stay. The only area that could use a little more attention is room cleanliness. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and appreciate the great service and facilities. We would definitely recommend this resort!

From the moment we arrived, the resort provided incredible service, but one person truly made our trip extraordinary: Willy! Willy went above and beyond every single day to ensure we were taken care of. He surprised us by organizing an amazing birthday room decoration that made the celebration feel so personal and special. His attentive customer service, warmth, and genuine care throughout our entire stay elevated our vacation to a whole new level. Gorgeous, well landscaped, a lot of food, great staff. The only problem was that I have food allergies which they couldn’t manage. They also need to advertise the daily activities to patrons. Also, seeing how impoverished the area was surrounding the resort broke my heart. This resort employees people from the orphanage beginning around the age of 14 years old and they have them live with them and make them work under a contract.

The rooms were really clean and nice. The staff was great my entire stay. Luis The expedia rep was above and beyond great customer service. He made sure I had the best birthday week of.my life. My wife and I will return. Pools.were great, Adelita Rest and La Paisana were great. He made that happen as well.

This is a beautiful place to stay. Pools, palm trees, bars- you name it. Every staff member was very nice, and we were able to get help when needed. Food being 24/7 was somewhat of a problem, but there was an option; it was just a bit far. So food options were difficult, as we didn't know we needed to reserve dinner tables for every night we wanted to eat outside the buffet. The beaches were not clean this time of year, but I would come back to this same resort again when they are. 4.5/5

It’s a beautiful large property, but there are many sized vehicles racing around all of the roads. The rooms are beautiful, the beds and pillows are very comfortable and the food is plentiful. As expected at this time of year, the beach was not at its best.
