Our butler Jose Miguel was great! Very on top of everything for us and never let us miss a dinner reservation. The environment was fun & there were many different activities to take part in. Absolutely outstanding resort! They went above and beyond what i anticipated. Our butler Josè was so helpful and friendly. The all around staff, amenities, room, all raised the bar. They gave us free upgrade on our rooms and access. I highly recommend Ocean El Faro to anyone. We stayed in El Beso the adults only area.

Their service and attention to mom who is in a wheelchair was the best I've seen. Even at the beach. They have an amphibious chair for those who have mobility issues but want a day at the beach.
