The resort grounds were impeccably maintained, with multiple pools and reliable internal transportation that made getting around seamless. The guest rooms were modern, spacious, and well-appointed.
However, the level of service fell short of expectations. Staff interactions often felt indifferent, and guest requests were, at times, met with reluctance rather than genuine hospitality. Having previously stayed at Bahia properties in Mexico, where the service consistently felt warm, attentive, and guest-focused, the contrast was noticeable. A stronger emphasis on service excellence would meaningfully elevate the guest experience at this location.
