"Honestly, the hotel is nice. The rooms look much bigger in the photos, but in real life they’re actually very small. There’s no L’Occitane set in the room — the soap and shower products you see in the pictures are not there. Breakfast is not included. What they give you instead are little vouchers per day that you can exchange for a coffee, water, or a snack. And by snack, I mean something like a sandwich, a croissant, bread, or fruit — but it’s not a real breakfast. If you want a bottle of water, that also counts as one voucher. Honestly, the only thing that saves this hotel is the guy on the front desk — he’s Italian and super nice. But everyone else doesn’t really care. Also, the water in the room costs $8 per bottle. And if you ask for water, they give it to you in a small water, but you have to use one of your vouchers."

"NO AC in the spring time. Both our rooms were over 75 degrees and humid beginning of April. I asked if the AC was working and said that it is a “green efficient building” and that they don’t turn the AC on until summer which I thought was an April fools joke at first because it was uncomfortable temperature wise, especially for sleeping. If you take showers then the humidity rises even more. They did offer to bring up a box fan which made it feel like I was back in summer camp but for $200+ a night. Also, we put on the reservation that was had 4 children and they didn’t give us connecting rooms, in fact they weren’t even on the same floor. I’d give it a 2 /5 stars. I would give it a 1 star but I didn’t see any bedbugs like some other online reviews said so that was nice at least."

"This was such a disappointing and underwhelming stay. There is zero soundproofing in the rooms, (constant door closing can be heard even over my white noise), housekeeping knocked at 8:20am to assess whether we were still in the room and my daughter was still sleeping, poor internet (WiFi was temperamental and TV was constantly losing signal), the terrace was closed/doors locked, pillows are thin and useless, beds are low to the ground, the carpet is stained and dingy, and I had to ask the front desk twice to review my profile bc I had been charged twice (was resolved). The food is such a loss here. If you’ve ever had food at a bowling alley, this is exactly what the line of food tastes like: I ordered beef empanadas and the margheritia pizza. The pizza tasted previously frozen and the empanadas give me Dollar General frozen food. Thank goodness I paid for “room only” and not the food/beverage package. The strong wins: location, and the bar scene/bartender. Valet was also exceptional. Only reason I didn’t give it 1 star. Do not recommend. The pictures do it way more justice than it deserves. If you’re seeking luxury, this is not it. And perhaps I was booked in a “cheap”/non-upgraded room, but this is not worth it."

"The hotel is very nice overall! We loved the games area in the lobby! Maybe it’s just that they’re extremely short staffed for the size of the place, but when disappointments keep happening you start to feel let down. Expect long lines at the front desk for check in or anything else. We couldn't get a response about getting an extra blanket for the room and they only have an automated system to help you with guest service. We also had to wait a couple hours for our luggage to get to the room after we arrived which was inconvenient. Also, heads up - we weren’t made aware at check in that the pool/hot tub area closes at 9:45 pm and that you need a reservation after 2:30 pm so we weren’t able to use either when we were there. That was a bummer for the kids since that’s why we booked this hotel!"
