"First, the room was large by Chicago standards and quiet. The Breakfast was a buffet with something for every taste, but the music was always just a little too loud. If you had an issue, or needed something, the staff was at times elusive. Now as far as the front desk, the staff ranged from rude to somewhat helpful with few genuine smiles. We were given 4 vouchers fro free house wind or beer, however on our second vistit were told they were out of house beer. They did have other beers, but...
