"The hotel in the pictures and the hotel we arrived at are not the same hotel. This is the hotel where Lubbock houses their homeless population. It is nasty and filthy, do not stay here. In addition, our daughter was car jacked in the parking lot, it is not a safe place to stay. Additionally, after we saw the hotel we went to their website and a room costs $49.00 a night, way less than hotels.com charged me. Whatever you do, do not stay here! It is dangerous. "
