"This was a fantastic hotel! Very new so everything clean and up to date. Design and lighting very nice. Bed super comfortable. Room had everything you need (fridge, kettle, good-sized towels). Appreciated having a proper hair dryer and conditioner in the bathroom. Two buses go right from the Locarno station to the hotel and since the hotel offers you a Ticino ticket, I traveled all over the area without having to pay any extra fees in transportation. Staff super friendly, helpful, and present. Lots of options for breakfast. Hotel in a quiet area, but like I said with easy transport to train station. Nice running path along the river. Fitness room had foam rollers which were amazing to loosen up muscles after long days of hiking. Would definitely stay here again!!!! Thank you!"

"The room was large and bright. The bed comfortable. A beautiful view of mountains and the bus stop 2 minutes from the hotel. The lady at breakfast was sweet, kind and helpful. We checked in late at night and there was a 24h "phone help" who guided us to where we could find extra pillows."
