The location was fantastic, 10 minutes walk to old tow Square, the room was quiet with dark out curtains a good sized room and comfortable mattress. The breakfast was very good with a big selection of fruits; eggs meats cheeses and good coffee bar The hotel taxi is very reasonable and reliable. I highly recommend staying here

Loved stayed here, was super close to everything so I was able to walk. The breakfast was decent but the staff was very friendly. Would definitely stay here again!

Lovely staff, very comfortable rooms and well placed for catching all the main attractions. Only down side we had was due to noise from a school/college group during the latter part of our stay. Not the fault of the hotel at all.

This three-star hotel is located relatively closely to the city centre but the room rates are fairly modest. The rooms are basic but new, well maintained, neat, and clean. The breakfast buffet is of a good standard. The only slip up was not to provide soap bars; the only soap in the shower was shampoo and the liquid soap was over the sink. If I return to Prague, I would book this hotel again.

Residence Bene was in a great location! Walk to everything including the train station. It was very clean and had its own ac which worked great. Breakfast was very basic, scrambled eggs, toast, cold cuts , cheese and lovely danishes ( it’s not a big hot buffet) but the coffee was good. Old school pension with a key for the door and very firm beds. Would stay again for the clean rooms and safe location with lots of restaurants around it. Front desk staff was very helpful…. Plus a safe and fridge !

AC is not as effective. Bathroom door was very wobbly. Standing shower area needs better cleaning as it has black mold around the hand shower area. Staff is sweet. Breakfast was good. Location-wise, it offers great accessibility to touristy spots.
