Quality Suites Downtown San Luis Obispo
10/10 Excellent
"A little tired, but great staff and clean rooms. The free breakfast is a plus"
Apple Farm
8/10 Good
"Stayed here for a business trip. Thought I found a really good deal when compared to other hotels in the area. The day before my stay I received a message about the difference in their “deluxe rooms” and their Trellis Court, aka “economy rooms”. Honestly the room was fine, even had a nice private patio which I wasn’t expecting. Just thought it was interesting that they sent the info on the room differences right before checking in. Everyone gets a cookie, cider/coffee/tea. Trellis is a noisier location (closer to road and freeway), but if you’re just there to sleep, it’s totally fine. Pool and hot tub are on the smaller size, pictures are a little misleading, but that’s not uncommon! Location works to walk into downtown too, about 15 minutes."
Cottage Inn By The Sea

"Home away from home."
University Inn
8/10 Good
"The managers, a husband-wife team, were excellent--very helpful. The building itself, however, needs some renovation. Staff was excellent. Also, excellent coffee provided by the managers, however the continental breakfast could be improved by offering bakery-quality pastries."
Best Western Casa Grande Inn
10/10 Excellent
"Todo estaba limpio, ordenado, en excelentes condiciones. Los servicios fueron muy útiles. El personal atento y de ayuda. El desayuno no lo disfruté realmente y el sauna no tiene instrucciones de encendido, no lo pude usar. Sin embargo mi estancia fue agradable y disfruté mucho estar allí."
Avenue Inn Downtown San Luis Obispo

Mission Inn San Luis Obispo

"Clean, reasonable pricing, quiet"
La Cuesta Inn, BW Signature Collection
10/10 Excellent
"Had a great experience from day one to the last day of my stayed. I would return and visit this place again."
Embassy Suites by Hilton San Luis Obispo
8/10 Good
"Charging for parking in a mall parking lot that's not even secure to the facility is a bit of a rip-off. Also the shower was a bit wonky and only flowed with a trickle. The tub was very slow draining. The staff was amazing polite on the spot and very helpful."
