Set in a 18th century building, renovated in 2017, The Brewmaster's House - Casa da Picaria is located at 100 m from Praça D. Filipa de Lencastre and a 10-minute walk from Trindade Metro Station. The emblematic São Bento railway station, Clérigos Tower and Bookshop – Livraria Lello are within a 10-minute walk each, while Ribeira is a 20-minute walk.

Each of the apartments maintains the spirit and the architecture of the original building, coupled with a contemporary décor.

The apartments are equipped with a small kitchenette, private bathroom, flat-screen TV and air conditioning.

L’appartamento si trova in una posizione centralissima. A piedi si possono raggiungere i luoghi più interessanti della città! L’interno è accogliente , pulito, ordinato , silenzioso e ben organizzato. Vicino si trovano numerosi ristoranti e supermercati. Una location super raccomandata

Good shower.towels changed once in the 10 days.air con in the room.plenty of crockery if needed.seperate toilet. Plenty of plugs.good lighting in bathroom area.instructions to get the key need to be given earlier than the day of arrival.
