"Turned up to find our room had been assigned to somebody else so we were moved to a sister hotel. We paid for 4 rooms and ended up with 2 for the first night. This hotel was not the same standard that we had booked. We managed to get our 4 rooms for the second night but there was a lot of conversations to achieve this. Staff at the new hotel did their best to Help. Very disappointed to find our room was not available after booking many months ago."

"This property is excellent - easy access to the metro, quiet, very clean and very accommodating with nice touches. Easy access to the port but do not recommend walking when towing luggage. E15 cab ride to port."
