"I’m surprised the Wyndham brand is allowing this property to be used under their name. 1, check in. Even though you have already booked they shove a iPad at you and make you renter all the details you’ve already given them. 2, one very slow lift in the property. Also used by staff. It’s a long wait. 3, simple stuff baffles the staff (or they don’t care). Just wanted some of the creamer for coffee in the room (no milk), got directed to talk to 4 different staff. Reception really didn’t seem to want to help. 4, Made to wait at check out while they check the room to check nothing stolen. All this for the high high price of over $300nzd per night. It would be cheap and nasty, but it’s expensive. I travel to Fiji about once a month, so I think I know a bit about the place and what’s reasonable. This isn’t."

"Resort is in dire need of renovation, with multiple issues/appliances falling apart etc. The kids don't care though, still loved it. Staff lovely and helpful, but overwhelmed and desperately understaffed by the looks. If price is ok and you have young children, its still a good stay, but would strongly recommend staying away if childless/older children in favour of other options until they sort themselves out."

"Really awesome vibe, clean luxurious and elegant resort. Safe secure and friendly staff. Food is in expensive side but there is a supermarket and restaurant only 2 minutes away. No cover to move from building to building when it rains or when it is very sunny. Urban Sugar restaurant was leaking during heavy rain."

"Very clean room and very clean area. The staff are very friendly. Very good restaurants with vegetarian breakfast corner. Very nice swimming pool. Food is fine but less spicy. During seafood night the crab dish ran out very early and topped up."

"We had the most amazing Easter weekend at Radisson Blu Resort Fiji Denarau Island and can’t wait to go back! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome with their warm Fijian hospitality. Check-in was smooth, and the welcome drinks set the perfect tone for a relaxing getaway. The resort itself is stunning — beautifully maintained gardens, gorgeous lagoon-style pools, and plenty of space so it never felt crowded even during a busy holiday weekend. We loved spending our days poolside and taking peaceful walks around the property. Our room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The bed was super cozy and we had everything we needed for a relaxing stay.Breakfast was fantastic with a huge variety of options, and the restaurants offered delicious food and great service throughout our stay. "Very poor service,the air conditioning was not working amd we were only told about the check in was done ....and told will provide fan but wasnt provided.we asked for our refund so we can move to some othe hotel which was approved but till date we haven't received our received....i already called the hotel for follow up but no reply "
