"Very nice overall with a few minor hiccups. The elevator took a while—especially if you’re on the top floor—likely because not all elevators were working. There’s no convenience store or vending machine, so you have to go down to the lobby where there’s only a small tray of items available. Breakfast wasn’t great; the setup felt disorganized, and the pancakes seemed old and not hot. Also, the STK sign is more prominent than the hotel name itself, which made it a bit hard to identify the hotel."

"No parking at this site they will arrange off site parking and have a guy that does that. It was a clean great shower"

"DO NOT stay at this hotel. They are housing long term residents and because of this there is a high presence of security guards. So many that I began questioning my own safety at this place. The fire alarm went off 3 times one evening because one of the residents were smoking inside. I frequently stay in Niagara Falls and I will never stay at this place again. If you are looking for a nice getaway, do yourself a favour and stay elsewhere. "

"Pretty disappointed, we were told the water would be off for a bit which was fine we checked in early. Hours after check in the water still orange full of iron and chunks of sediment. The kids couldn’t even have a bath. We also asked for wine glasses to the room and discovered they charge for that. "

"I didn’t use internet or breakfast services. My room’s sink drained very slowly backing up. Jet tub was difficult to turn on or keep running, fridge froze all my food and possibly damaged very expensive medication, which I will not know until I try to use tomorrow. I told the staff when I checked out, with the response of “hmmm ok”, nothing more. "
