"We've been to the "go-go" big resort like the SLS BAHA MAR a couple of times before .... then we found this small upscale boutique resort As seniors, this is a marked contrast much for the better: peace and quiet is NEVER a bad thing . "Good but overpriced. Surprise of a huge daily deposit that is in the small print. We saw multiple people at check in that weren’t aware of it. Food was excellent but slow service. Room was very comfortable but they do turn the AC down at night. Views and balconies are incredible however walls are very thin and we had neighbors that partied loudly all night which was unpleasant. No security on the grounds that we ever saw. Bars ran out of mixers. Excursion staff was very helpful. Pools were clean and amazing. Overall it did not meet expectations but we still had a wonderful time."

"Atlantis is the Disney World of waterparks. Super attractive and pretty fun. But insanely overcrowded and ridiculously pricey. The food here is not worth it, AT ALL!!! Room was nice. Staff was nice. Tried to use the gym. They have one gym for 4 hotels. It was so crowded that it should have been over the occupancy limit. Had a hard time getting to the few dumbbells that remained because people were on yoga mats in the floor blocking the walkway. Got irritated and left. Have never experienced this crowd level in a gym ever. Some days water slides were backed up as far as they could go because several slides were closed. Not sure why? Want a chair by the pool? You better be out super early! Or you won’t find a single empty chair anywhere. My kids like Disney World. My kids like this place. 100% not my jam."

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was great! The room was very clean, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and the private beach was beautiful and very relaxing. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay. The only things I didn’t like were that breakfast was not available, and the beach didn’t feel completely private. Since cruise passengers use the walkway nearby to reach the public beach, there are many people passing through the area. While I didn’t have any problems, it made me feel less secure leaving my belongings unattended. Other than that, everything was excellent, and I would definitely recommend this hotel."
