The house was spotless and private, the pool was gorgeous, and the location was perfect — close enough to the towns when we wanted to explore, but peaceful when we wanted to relax. Rick was incredibly helpful and quick to respond. Highly recommend!"

"The photos of the property makes it look much more spacious and luxurious than in person. I was expecting a more quaint house not a mobile home. For the price we paid the sheets, pillows and general bedding should be upgraded. The shower didn’t drain so had to call owner to fix twice. Probably good place for a family with children but was not what we expected."

"Best host ever! I highly recommend his place. It’s close to everything and it’s really tailored towards young kids, which would be amazing. We had adult children, but there was plenty of room in the house for everyone. Nick is just the nicest person super responsive. My daughter had forgotten her computer in purse after we had checked out and I notified him. He responded right away said of course come back in and get it and gave us access. Adaptable and responsive to all our questions. I will absolutely return again and I highly recommend the space. Huge, beautiful backyard!"

"Perfect place for a relaxing family holiday , quiet, private and only a short distance to local attractions. Being able to mix up home made meals, grills and nearby restaurants and cafes makes it ideal. Easy to access by both road and rail. We stayed for 6 nights and were blessed with great weather. Pool was a great place to lounge around with a book and a few drinks. We would recommend it to anyone who wants a place to escape to with guaranteed privacy. The local wildlife were an added bonus! "

"Great stay !Clean, new house in a quiet neighborhood in dead end street. House as all the amenities you could ask for - coffee maker, TVs, dishwasher, laundry.Huge, fenced great for playing with our dog.Very large pool perfect for swimming and playing, and quite deep towards one end.10 min walk to bayside beach (Maidstone) - our dog loved it there too :) Highly recommended ! "Our family recently had a fantastic stay at this lovely home. We spent a week and couldn’t have been happier with the location and beautiful setting. The house is in the middle of everything, easy to get to East Hampton, Amagansett, and Sag Harbor. It was clean and comfortable, was well stocked (we cooked a couple of dinners at home and had all the tools we needed), and had plenty of space for our family of 4 and two dogs. The best part of the house was the backyard - with a great outdoor living space, a beautiful pool and plantings, and quiet privacy. We spent a lot of time out there! Markus & Kathrin were great hosts, providing us with a ton of useful information about the area before we arrived and were readily available to answer any questions that came up during our stay. We would highly recommend a stay here! "
