" Perfect Sag Harbor Getaway!We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful new home in Sag Harbor! From the moment we arrived, everything felt fresh, spotless, and so thoughtfully designed. Each of the four bedrooms having its own bathroom was a huge plus for our group, and the house had absolutely everything we needed. We loved the two spacious decks — one on each side of the house — perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails. The backyard offered great privacy, and we spent hours lounging by the sparkling pool and relaxing in the hammock. With plenty of parking and peaceful surroundings, it truly felt like our own private retreat. We can’t wait to come back!"

We had four couples and a friend, and it was perfect—no two couples had to share a bathroom, which was a huge bonus since we were all getting ready for a wedding.During the day, we hung out by the pool and just relaxed, and in the evening, we enjoyed watching sports in the TV room and having long, fun conversations in the living room well into the night. It was the perfect balance of relaxation and fun!I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and spacious spot for a group. I’d definitely book again, our host, Paolo couldn’t be better! Recommendations for places to visit sent daily and extremely hospitable and accommodating. "

"Perfect place for a relaxing family holiday , quiet, private and only a short distance to local attractions. Being able to mix up home made meals, grills and nearby restaurants and cafes makes it ideal. Easy to access by both road and rail. We stayed for 6 nights and were blessed with great weather. Pool was a great place to lounge around with a book and a few drinks. We would recommend it to anyone who wants a place to escape to with guaranteed privacy. The local wildlife were an added bonus! "Our family recently had a fantastic stay at this lovely home. We spent a week and couldn’t have been happier with the location and beautiful setting. The house is in the middle of everything, easy to get to East Hampton, Amagansett, and Sag Harbor. It was clean and comfortable, was well stocked (we cooked a couple of dinners at home and had all the tools we needed), and had plenty of space for our family of 4 and two dogs. The best part of the house was the backyard - with a great outdoor living space, a beautiful pool and plantings, and quiet privacy. We spent a lot of time out there! Markus & Kathrin were great hosts, providing us with a ton of useful information about the area before we arrived and were readily available to answer any questions that came up during our stay. We would highly recommend a stay here! "
