"We loved these apartments, love the attention to detail, comfort and eco friendly policies and care. We have been coming to Lanzarote a few years and usually stay in a nearby complex. We had to extend our two week trip for medical reasons and there was no availability where we were already staying. We had 5 nights in a 2 bed apartment, it was so much more comfortable than where we usually stay. Bed comfy, good sleep, sofa comfy, kitchen so much better equipped, even has a blender! There is so much attention to detail, eco friendly toiletries, paper and policies. Recycling, water bottle and filtered water was so good compared to us dragging large bottles of plastic around for the previous two weeks. Loved the insect nets at all doors and windows, no bugs or flying insects. We did have a few mini ants in the kitchen which were attracted to food. Once we kept all the food in the fridge and not cupboards they went away, I mentioned this on leaving but it didn’t really bother us during the trip. The What’s app service was brilliant, I really felt like the customer service was the best I have ever experienced in Lanzarote, texts to check if we were ok, texts half way through the stay, weather updates, menus, prompt responses, paella cooking demonstrations.. The pool is lovely , just the right temperature, cool for swimming but not icy cold. Jacuzzi nice. It’s a small complex so you are in close proximity to neighbours but we weren’t disturbed. Can location. We will be back!"

"The hotel is really nice and is disabled friendly. There is step free access into the pool as well. The hotel is situated right on the beach with bars and restaurants a 5 minute walk if that away. Would definitely stay here again"

"Spar close by.Nice pool area but not enough beds.BBQ could do with being rreplaced we decided against using.Floors, surfaces, soft furnishings internal glazing all dirty with paint falling off walls. Loose and cracked floor tiles indoors and outdoors. Out of all the beds only 2 double beds were comfortable.Only 8 sunbeds.Only 6 sunbed cushions.Leak from living room ceiling.The property is in need of repair and deep clean throughout.(Only the main bathroom was clean)Very disappointed "

"I particularly enjoyed the aqua aerobics in the pool each day at 12- the guys from the animation team were excellent- made them good fun. Reception staff were particularly helpful. Good selection of fresh food & the entertainment in the evenings was very good. "

"We had a wonderful 5 night stay at the Riu Paraiso in Lanzarote. The hotel has a fantastic location, on the beach front and promomenade and just a 10-15 min stroll into the bustiling town of Puerto Del Carman. The hotel suits all, whether it be couples and families and wehter you want a quiet or action packed holiday - the hotel has two sections with the quieter area very much more catered for adults wanting to simply relax. The entertainment both day and night is of a good standard and we particularly enjoyed the vening where you could watch a vareity of shows in the main theatre or watch live music singers in the bar area. The staff and cleanliness i cannot fault at all, an exceptional service and we were very lucky to have a free upgrade to a premium room giving us a pool and wonderful sea view. We would definitely return."

"Lovely hotel "

"Very clean hotel and staff were really nice but here are the bad things that I feel people should know don’t get me wrong this is my opinion and we all are all different. The hotel rooms need an upgrade as very dated and old inside and the beds are quite springy. The food I personally felt could have been hotter as with a buffet you don’t know how long things are sitting out and then just getting warm and then it can become quite rubbery when eating certain things. With the drinks it is okay but again should be more clearer to what actually is included and what’s exempt. But as I said this is just my opinion and you can’t get everything right."
