Unser Zimmer war in der 2. Etage (obwohl wir uns vorab ein Zimmer in der „obersten Etage“ gewünscht haben - wurde so leider nicht berücksichtigt) mit seitlichem Meerblick. Abgesehen von der „Etagenlage“ war es total in Ordnung (Größe, Ausstattung etc.). Die gesamte Anlage ist ansprechend und sehr gepflegt! Das Servicepersonal ist äußerst aufmerksam und ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit - TOP! Das Fitness-Studio könnte ein paar Hanteln/Geräte mehr „gut vertragen“ - ist aber auch so ganz ok! Das Essen war insgesamt abwechslungsreich und sehr gut! Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt - sowohl fürs Schwimmen im Meer, für Strandspaziergänge als auch für Fahrten mit den öffentlichen Bussen (Haltestellen nahezu vor der Türe). Auch zum Shoppen ideal - alles fußläufig erreichbar. Wir waren jetzt schon zum zweiten Male hier und werden sehr gerne wieder kommen! Erwähnenswert ist noch die Tatsache, dass hier auch Gäste mit einer Gluten-Unverträglichkeit sehr gut betreut werden!

We had a wonderful 5 night stay at the Riu Paraiso in Lanzarote. The hotel has a fantastic location, on the beach front and promomenade and just a 10-15 min stroll into the bustiling town of Puerto Del Carman. The hotel suits all, whether it be couples and families and wehter you want a quiet or action packed holiday - the hotel has two sections with the quieter area very much more catered for adults wanting to simply relax. The entertainment both day and night is of a good standard and we particularly enjoyed the vening where you could watch a vareity of shows in the main theatre or watch live music singers in the bar area. The staff and cleanliness i cannot fault at all, an exceptional service and we were very lucky to have a free upgrade to a premium room giving us a pool and wonderful sea view. We would definitely return.

Realmente no es un All Inclusive. Me he hospedado en la misma cadena en el caribe mexicano y en el cuarto hay refrescos y bebidas como cerveza, en este de Lanzarote solo unas botellas de agua. Necesitaba una plancha para ropa y te cobran 20 euros de garantía por prestártela cuando estás pagando promedio por noche 250 euros, pareciera que no es suficiente con el costo de la noche; aparte tú necesitas pasar a recepción por la plancha. No tienen room service. Muy poco personal en el hotel para atenderte tal cual deberían de hacerlo poniendo el concepto de All Inclusive en sus anuncios. Realmente muy mala experiencia para ser un All Inclusive.

Ich und meine Frau waren 1 Woche in dieser Unterkunft im Urlaub, wir haben das all Inklusiv angebot genommen. Wir würden diese Unterkunft leider nicht weiterempfehlen! Ja, es war alles Inklusiv aber die Qualität ganz schlecht. Das Zimmer war OK aber die Balkontüre musste immer mit sehr viel gewalt geöffnet werden. Die Sauberkeit war OK aber könnte besser sein. Was uns aber ganz genervt hat waren die Badetücher besetzer an den Pool obwohl dies nicht erlaubt war, dann fragen wir uns warum lassen Sie das zu?

Summary of hotel Riu Paraiso

Hotel was overall very good, all inclusive choice of food was excellent, alcohol choices were extremely poor. I would normally stay in H10 and it doesn't really compare to be honest. At H10 you get a choice of a bottle of water or glass of wine with your dinner. Here you only got a small glass of water. Room was very clean and air conditioning was also very efficient, hotel overall was well manicured which makes for a very pleasant experience. Shower size and pressure was excellent, there seemed to be a slight glitch in that occasionally where the shower water would get very hot quite quickly without having touched the regulator (Room 326). Hotel location is very good approx 4km from the port in Puerto del Carmen and something similar to the airport runway. The beach to the front of the hotel is an excellent beach and reasonably safe. Overall we really enjoyed our stay, hotel is designed to make it feel like each room is an apartment and when you leave the room you get a feeling of being outside immediately which is quite nice and takes away the claustrophobic feel of hotel corridors. Entertainment was also very good taking into account it is a holiday hotel, a lot of the performers seemed to be from Bulgaria and we really enjoyed the shows they put on and you could tell there was a lot of effort put in with limited stage and equipment to probably work with so they deserve a lot of credit. Overall its a good hotel and we enjoyed our stay.

Nous avions du 4 au 11 janvier réservé pour l’hôtel Riu et à 4 jours de notre séjour nous avons été dirigé vers un autre hôtel Seasides los Jameos un super plaisir dans cet établissement . Réception à notre arrivée un verre de champagne de bienvenue des buffets du petit déjeuner au dîner un choix variés chaque jour , piscine eau à 26 et l’autre à 18 animations piscine et le soir avec les enfants en début de soirées et spectacles vraiment !! Et boissons alcoolisées ou non à gogo. baïram super une équipe génial !!! Merci

Le plus de l'Hôtel : - Personnel à tous les niveaux fantastiques. Nous avons eu à faire avec la réception ou tout le monde se plie en 4 pour vous satisfaire. Dès notre arrivée le matin, on nous a donné libre accès à la totalité des prestations de l'hôtel. Dans la mesure de leur possibilité, nos chambres nous ont été données en tout début d'après-midi; Les femmes de chambres sont professionnelles et efficaces avec un ménage comme on en voit peu : TOP ! Les serveurs de tous les restaurants sont TOP et l'équipe d'animation fait tout pour que nous passions un agréable séjour. - Les chambres sont spacieuses et dotées de terrasse. Elles sont grandes avec du rangement et une literie de qualité. - La restauration est variée et bonne. Un petit bémol histoire de dire quelque chose de négatif : Pour les petits déjeuner le jus d'orange frais serait appréciable. -L'emplacement est super pour visiter l'île car en voiture il est au plus loin à 45 mn du Nord et 45 mn du sud de l'Ile Nous étions 7personnes et avons séjourné 15 jours. Nous sommes tous du même avis. Un tres beau noel

Un séjour au moment de noël inoubliable. L'hôtel est top, le personnel fort sympathique. Il y a bien deux piscines sur les 4 de chauffées à cette période ce qui est appréciable. L hôtel est très bien entretenu et juste en face de la plage. Je pense que nous reviendrons très certainement. Merci

Fue mi primera vez en Lanzarote y la estancia era de diez. Había bastante huéspedes pero la verdad es que el servicio proporcionado era fluido y aunque a veces había cola, sobre todo en el bar, esta se movía muy rápido. Todo el personal era educado, sonriente y muy profesional. La calidad de la comida era muy buena. La variedad tal vez un poco menos, pero a mi no me molestaba.

Lugar para descansar

Um hotel muito família e com uma praia super tranquila. Localização excelente com uma linda orla. A recepção foi muito atensiosa em todo momento. Comida execelente e para todos os paladares. Os shows são execlentes, pena que termina muito cedo. No máximo até as 11 PM. Fiquem atentos pois as espreguiçadeiras que se encontram na praia não são do hotel e por isso caso queira ficar nela durante o dia terá que pagar por dia (10 euros).

Points forts super pour familles avec enfants l'équipe d'animation est EXCEPTIONNELLE face à une des plus belles plages qualité des piscines Bémols diner à thème canarien un peu décevant on entend les avions car l'aéroport n'est pas assez loin
