Room: I have an elderly mother I take care of so I make sure to look for a shower with a seat she can sit on when she take a shower and I always book through Expedia and when I chose the room the room was nothing like pic. No seat in the bathroom for her so I had to order one from housekeeping. Beds were a little stiff but it was clean nevertheless. Staff: day staff was rude as if I was a bother when asking questions. Night time staff was nice. Breakfast: I paid on Expedia extra for breakfast for 2. Staff said breakfast was free in the back for guests and you can always pay for special meals by the bar if you like. Pricey. They watch you like a hawk fyi as if I’m a criminal. Yogurt was $6. Each I was told. Way too much. Food was good just the monitoring was a little weird. Parking: get there early cause it gets full and handicap parking was not close to the lobby so it’s a bit of a walk. Pool area: very nice. Gym open 24 hrs 👍 Members get treated better than guests who are not. Overall it was okay. I’ll try a different hotel next time.
