"Great room"

"We stayed to see a show at another hotel. We felt that the hotel was a little run down, they had one elevator working out of 6 in I believe the bourbon wing. It was terrible we had to wait forever to up to room or to leave. Will most likely not stay there again."

"The self checkin kiosk did not work , waited on a line for 30 min. because there were 4 women negotiating and asking questions . The staff needs to move them along . It was ridiculous. "

"The room was very dirty and stink with the smoke even without telling we not smoking they changed the room, but everything is the same"

"There was trash in the hallways and rooms service was left outside the door for over 24 hours. "

"Highly disappointed with the employees manners. The room had very little lighting. Highly upset that I had to pay an additional 180.00 dollars just to have two beds in the room and when asked to speak to a manager the person refused and basically told us there is nothing more they could have done about it. I felt rushed and forced to pay this just to stay at this location. Though it was brought to my attention that I could have got better treated at other locations such as harrahs and showboat I chose to stay here at Tropicana and got little to no respect at all. "

" Good view of ocean. No hot water. Didn't bother to ask as I couldn't wait for fixing. An older hotel, but suitable for price."

"Ridiculous loud music very late"

"Wanted a beach view in a jr suite, which is what I thought I was getting for my 50th wedding anniversary. Instead they put us in jr suite over looking the roof tops of air conditioners and trash , and parking lot. What the hell!!! Thanks for 4 days in a shityy room with no view. Of the beach at all!! I kept the curtains closed the whole time. And it was pricey.. upset client.. You can’t get back the celebration time of your 50th . "
