"Room was clean but rough around the edges. The room we were in had a nice ocean view but it could have used some updating. The bed was comfortable but furniture was older looking and rough. Like it had been mistreated. Bathroom was clean but not immaculate. All in all ok. I think next time we may try somewhere else."

Thank goodness staff was there to help direct The parking garage for 2 ND floor was 2 total separate elevators, trying to go from room to boardwalk, or to food court area was so confusing."

"The whole place was very huge and very confusing to found the tower where we were staying and there were limited staff around to help. I know (self parking) means self, however, a little help getting from self parking garage back to the hotel safely and accurately will be greatly appreciated."
