"All of the hotel is clean. Staff are very welcoming. The hotel is very family friendly. We've been here several times and have enjoyed each experience."

"The food and drinks were really terrible and this impacted the whole stay. The “partial ocean view” was a majority car park view. The whole property smelt really unpleasant as they blast a strong artificial fragrance everywhere. The hours for all of the restaurants were really inconvenient if you have young kids (the only restaurant that opens before 7 is the buffet). The kids entertainment was also really inconvenient for younger kids (it began at 8:30pm). The surrounding area is super touristy...

"Been so many times. The hotel has now changed what you get for All Inclusive so that was disappointing as we hadn’t been informed. Couple of issues this time ."

"Excellent amenities, helpful staff and good location. Only downside was a significant ant problem, although highlighted to reception they sent maintenance to clean/spray one day, it continued to attract ants. From pool conversations appears it's a problem in most accommodations not isolated, therefore dont leave anything on floor! Quiet/not too crowded late September. Breakfast okay, not well layed out but works."

"Great rooms, staff were super helpful & breakfast every morning was delicious!"

"Beautiful hotel set on the lower slopes of Lanzarote, looking out on to the sea. The hotel is stunningly designed, with large rooms, amazing breakfasts, and a great pool. It is secluded and with only 20. rooms, it feels like a personally curated experienced. If you are wanting easy access to a beach and other restaurants (the hotel has its own restaurant but the menu is fairly expensive), this is probably not the hotel for you. If you want some quiet and time alone with a partner or friend, this...

"This is a wonderful hotel and so relaxing. The staff are very helpful, especially Harriett. Great food, excellent amenities and a very well maintained lounging area surrounding the pool. We will definitely be back!"

"Clean room, lovely staff. Generally an older clientele."

"Chambre en sous-sol avec petite fenêtre en hauteur. Ventilation quasi impossible et température à 26-27° la nuit... Bloc sanitaire partagé. Pas vraiment agréable et pas ce qui était affiché lors de la réservation."

"Spacious room and bathroom walk in shower , clean and great location with supermarket and a few restaurants within 2 minutes of walking distance."

"Magnifique séjour. Au dessus de la ville avec l.ocean en paysage. Les petits jardins. Les odeurs. Piscine légèrement petite. Mais le reste au top. Chambre. Propreté chaque jour. Personel très charmant. Un grand merci à Marie de l accueil. Profitez..."

"We really liked our two weeks at the hotel. my wife and I. I was however more than slightly unhappy by the lack of heating in the pools, which I reported through Expedia as well as not being offered a VIP upgrade or a few hours late checkout. The hotel guest services came back to me within hours and while it didn't make the pools warmer it did make us feel hugely better. Part of the remedy included the later checkout. I have to say the hotel restaurants have a have fantastically extensive menus...

"Accommodation was very clean and in an excellent location for shops, restaurants and bars. We booked accommodation with shared shower room by mistake but it turned out to be ok. Staff were very helpful :-)"

"Clean modern spacious room with air con location close to shops & bars nice big pool plenty of sunbeds & umbrellas. Would definitely return and highly recommend."
