"About 10:15 Friday night, the guests in room 430 started playing rap music loudly. I was already in bed with lights out, but this kept me from being able to get to sleep. I attempted to call the front desk, but got a recording that the line I was attempting to call was not working. I got dressed, went from my room 428 to the front desk to complain about the noise level. The young man working the desk said, "Can I get you a different room?" Seriously, the folks in room 430 are making the racket, so I have to move to avoid it ? How about going up there and knocking on the door and treating them like the middle school age level tyrants that we've all disciplined from time to time. And why wasn't the room phone functioning? I always like Homewood Suites previously, but these little tyrants got away with bad behavior and I was offered the responsibility to pack up my stuff and have the hotel clean two rooms in the morning? For these little punks?"

"The room was clean. The breakfast was okay. The coffee was delicious. The fresh cookies everynight was a plus. I would stay here again. "

"There was no lighting over the mirror in the bathroom. Very hard to put makeup on. Finally use a flashlight that helped a little. I know it's in the middle of reconstruction but i think they should put some light over the mirror. "
