"It was good we just went to sleep we were out and about during our visit to Las Vegas "

"Hotel used to be the gem of downtown. It’s a shadow of itself at this point. We had to be moved due to the heat not working in the room. (Room 17202). We were told they would repair while out for the evening. We came back and were told it was repaired. It was not and had to switch rooms at 1:30am. 2nd room cleanliness was poor, (Room 18216). Both rooms were corner suites. The hotel refunded the resort fee, however in this case it was then only wanting to do the minimum. If you have options for the rate I’d stay elsewhere. Was disappointed to say the least. "

"Room was clean. Had a very nice room with a full size fridge, micro and burners. Had troubles with the TV, I called the desk and they came right over to set the input. Great service"

"House keeping was cleaning rooms and being very loud . It was only around 730 am. And I could hear everything through the walls and in the hallway. "

"Broken window, unhelpful staff, late and poor breakfast, fills filthy, no hot water in the early morning, In summary: worst hotel I stayed in in the last year - over 40 hotels nights"

"Staff was very welcoming and extremely accommodating. Room was immaculate and well stocked. Easy parking and quiet. "

"The room was clean. The breakfast was okay. The coffee was delicious. The fresh cookies everynight was a plus. I would stay here again. "

"There was no lighting over the mirror in the bathroom. Very hard to put makeup on. Finally use a flashlight that helped a little. I know it's in the middle of reconstruction but i think they should put some light over the mirror. "
