Train station accessible next door, making it very convenient to get to airport. Excellent customer service and messaged me immediately with options when they realized I had left my charger in the room. Will definitely stay again if I get back to Sydney!"

"Friendly staff at check-in - I was able to drop my heavy backpack hours before checkin began. Clean and beautiful room that still looks new. Great location close to train stations, Aldi and many food options. Only negative was that one of the bar staff was unfriendly and borderline rude. A comment that my friends also made during our catchup in the lobby. This is not what I expect from Ace properties after frequenting them since 2009. "

"Great position overlooking Darling Harbour and easy to get around from there. We arrived early but we were able to check in and have our room straight away which was a delight. Room was lovely and clean and spacious and clean towels provided every day. Staff are lovely and I would definitely recommend this hotel. "
