"Not once during our 2 week stay was our room clean in the first 8 days, I had to go and request a clean also day after day going to reception to ask for toilet paper and it seemed like it was an issue yet they never came to the room to top it up or give us fresh towels, 8 days with no bed change either, very poor service and the reception staff are very dry and do not want to help.
