The room is sufficient for the price but it definitely has its ups and downs. Good: Washing machine and dryer with powder was a major help. Good amount of room with a decent sized bathroom, kitchen and living area Nice balcony Good location, short walk to many things but also tucked away in a quiet street Requested a late check out and it was extended by an hour Staff looked after my luggage for a few hours after check out Cons: There was broken glass on the couch which I had to get housekeeping to clean, which only left one drinking glass in the cupboard (assuming the other glass was what was broken) After finding the glass only 10 mins after I checked in, there was a lack of information on how to contact reception, the phone number for the hotel firstly goes to somewhere else, I had to go downstairs to talk to them. The room is very very old, cracked tiles, stained curtains, dust in the corners of the room, stale smell. Even just a change of the curtains and a small amount of paint would do these rooms such a service Blankets are very thin Was advised there is self serve amenities, but after finally finding what I thought was it, it was nearly empty, just had a towel in it The limited staffed hours could pose an issue

A great location in Sydney, just out of the CBD but within walking distance of Central Station, Light rail stops and plenty of local pubs and eateries. We will stay again.

We visited Nesuto Chippendale 10 years ago. The reason we returned again was because of the location, close to the city centre. We also found the staff friendly, courteous and professional. We will return again on our next holiday.

Great inner city hotel

One night stay after arriving back to Australia before our final drive home. Nicely surprised by the size and comfort of the room. There was all the facilities needed for a longer stay, a well equipped kitchen and even a washing machine, dryer and laundry tub. The bed was super comfortable and we had a great nights rest. Would definitely recommend this hotel and we would use again.

Hotel is very close to everything we needed-shops, dining, transport. Very comfortable room, with plenty of space. The full kitchen and laundry is great for a longer stay. The upstairs outdoor/ pool area looked nice. Parking was very easy, with the secure attached parking garage. The pub around the corner was a good place to eat, but there are also a lot of other choices within a short walk. We will stay again.

Location is a nice balance between accessing the city core but not being in the middle of the busyness and activity. Some of the kitchenware is worn out and a bit of age is showing. However we wouldn't hesitate to return and enjoy what the property offers.

The couch was stained and there was horrible dust on the shelf behind the bed. The knooks and crannies were dirty and the whole room was run down. I would have given a lower score but the staff was great and the location was nice and it was helpful to have a washer and dryer
