"Biggest problem I had was asking for a street level entrance and I got a bottom (below street level) room. I explained I wanted the least amount of stairs and got the most amount of stairs. This hotel was a huge disappointment for what we paid for a room (£300), we were under the impression this was a luxury hotel seeing as it was almost double the price of other much nicer hotels we stayed at during our trip. "Poor water pressure in tub shower. Lost power for couple of hours. Noisy A/c, sounded like a motorcycle thing off and going thru the gears. Charged for parking car. Charged a resort fee, and it is anything but a resort. I've stayed in way better hotels in Pismo than this one.At least 6 to 8 trips. Breakfast area is too small for the 170 rooms with 3- 4 people occupancy. Do the math 200 plus people per hour, less than 20 to 25 tables. I will not pay $480.00 per night with all fees and stay here...

"Over rated for the price. Bedding smelled like sweat. Wasn’t aware of paying for parking. A/C wasn’t working and made loud noises through out the night. Loud car noise from side street. Could hear people stomping above us. Bed was not comfortable. We won’t be booking here again."

"We stayed in a beautiful ocean side room. Once we walked out to the patio you could see an amazing ocean view. There was a small pool, hot tub and fire pits. My husband and I enjoyed sitting on the patio, reading and taking in the view. There is a path next door that leads to the beach so we were able to take a beach walk in the morning. Such a nice, clean, comfortable place to stay. Easy to walk to restaurants or take a quick drive to access more restaurants and shopping."
