"Amazing"

"They gave us (two single women) the wrong key and room. We went into the room they gave us the keys for rather than the one they verbally mentioned (It was written on the keys). Since it was different we called to double check and had been given the wrong room keys. Thank goodness we double checked because literally 1 minute after we left the wrong room an older man came in. Had we started to get undressed to take a nap, as we had initially planned instead instead of checking, he would have walked in on us in a state of undress. I am uncomfortable with the way the hotel handled this as we did not recieve much more than a "whoops" from the hotel staff. We were told it happens all the time and not to be concerned. If it is happening all the time.... it is a reason to be concerned."

"The location is nice and condo is clean, our stay was unfortunate. We arrived at our location expecting to check in on time (with perishable groceries), only to be messaged about an hour delay. We had to throw groceries away because they sat in the Arizona heat while we waited. There was a water/plumbing issue in addition, that the host was not aware of supposedly, which left us without running water from 8a-5p for 3 days, no timeframe of completion. No warning, the plumbers just showed up and turned off the water. We purchased additional water for drinking. We contacted the plumbers with no clarification of resolution. While maybe out of the host's control, the situation was less than satisfactory. Difficult to understand how the host did not know of on-going water issues. We were staying for a wedding and had to adjust our plans because of these circumstances. "
