Just awful. Incredibly hot. Tiny plasticky en suite. Dark corridors. Loud tvā€™s in rooms. It was simply the worst hotel I have ever stayed in in London. At 11pm I decided that I wasnā€™t comfortable at all and booked another hotel nearby and left.

The breakfast buffet provided was superior! The staff were world class and enormously helpful and considerate. The location was also very convenient as well. If this is your standard, you have found two new customers for all future visits to London.
