"Jättefin och tillmötesgående receptionist/ hotell manager. Gav mig en karta och ringade in och visade mig det bästa av staden. Gav tips och gav noggranna instruktioner. Rummet var exceptionellt bra, rent, rymligt och väggmålningen var gudomligt fin. Skön säng sov jättebra. "Property is in ZTL Zone. Ela was very friendy and helpful. We had the Delure room which is very roomy and with 4m ceiling. U can walk everywhere from there. Room was cleaned and mordern. The entrance was a bit unique, it resemble warehouse. Interesting little hotel."

"Great property in the middle of Siena. Room was beautiful, great shower, comfortable bed and we were on the top floor so a beautiful view. Great staff, Sara and Adele were very welcoming and super helpful. No elevators and a steep stairwell (fine for us but just be prepared to climb stairs). Would definitely stay again. "

"Super well redeveloped historical building into a gorgeous boutique hotel. Staff were extremely helpful, always smiling and always offering help. Claudio even curated a travel map for us. "Wonderful stay in a wonderful place. The views from the terrace (where breakfast is served weather permitting) and the executive rooms on to the cathedral are spectacular. "Our apartment was very large with a beautiful old private courtyard. It was perfectly quiet and almost 100% dark at night - the best place for sleeping I think I've ever been in. We had some problem with the reading lamp and the hosts, who are nearby, fixed it immediately. Outstanding! The place was nicely decorated, easy to enter - all in all, far better and less expensive than a 4-star hotel."

"This hotel is about a 5-10 minute walk to Il Campo but is also in a quiet area with less touristy restaurants. Our room was quiet and very clean. Check in was with a room code. Very easy. It is about a 30-35 minute walk from train station to hotel which can be a bit tiring with some mild inclines. "
